This study examines a 25 year old female with a history of multiple C-sections who presented with a tender nodule at her C-section scar. The pain worsened during menstruation and surgical excision with histologic examination revealed that the scar contained endometrial gland tissue suggestive of endometriosis. After surgery, the patient experienced complete resolution of cyclical pain and no evidence of recurrence at follow-up.
