EMATRIX
Ematrix is a fractional RF treatment that is used to stimulate collagen production in the deep dermis. At Kare Plastic Surgery + Skin Health Center, Ematrix is used to improve the contour of deeply pitted acne scars, reduce facial wrinkles, and to improve the appearance of stretch marks on the body.
Much like Venus Viva, Ematrix uses a fractional RF mode of therapy to stimulate collagen production that is far more tolerable than traditional laser skin resurfacing. Ematrix and Venus Viva are excellent options for those patients who would benefit from deep dermal neocollagenesis, but who cannot tolerate the long periods of downtime inherent in laser treatments.
Ematrix treatments are often referred to as sublative RF. Depending on the severity of your acne scars, wrinkles, or stretch marks; you may need 3-5 treatments to achieve maximal efficacy.
